The Scoot
Completed

Where inspired elegance meets whimsical living. Charming, imaginative residences with a storyteller’s spirit fashioned for curious tastemakers and fresh perspectives through a vivid narrative and eccentric aesthetic.

The Scoot’s identity takes cues from Cudahy’s rich history and endearing idiosyncrasies, paying homage to a little commuter train dedicated to transporting city dwellers to Cudahy for work in the earliest iterations of our local community. Intended to be a gateway to neighborhood hidden gems, The Scoot connects Cudahy with an aptitude for adventure, exploration, and delight – curated down to the smallest of details and welcoming culture and quirks of all kinds. All aboard.

Luxury Apartments

78 apartment units in a single four-story building. At-grade enclosed parking and off-street surface parking. The Scoot is the finest apartment community in the submarket, with striking exterior design and high-quality interior finishes in units ranging from studios to three bedrooms.

Community Connection

The Scoot is a redevelopment of roughly one acre located at “Main and Main” in downtown Cudahy, Wisconsin. The Community Development Authority previously owned the site, considered the prime parcel in the City of Cudahy’s Gateway District Overlay.

Resident Amenities

Our residents enjoy a second-floor clubroom and roof deck that serve as a stylish gathering space and thoughtful extensions of individual lifestyles, reinforcing the building’s eclectic identity and celebratory community. A fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment located at street level cultivate an urban, active environment teeming with large windows and natural light.

Commercial Uses

Roughly 4,100 square feet of commercial space is strategically located on the prominent hard corner with abundant glazing. Lakeside Pub & Grill is slated to open their doors in summer of 2026. Lakeside is a fixture of the Cudahy community and adds an attractive amenity for existing and future residents of The Scoot and, more broadly, the community.
